Kiana was so pleasant. Our first time visiting, she knew her menu, she knew how to upset, she was the reason we extended our stay from 1 hour to 4 hours. Such a pleasant experience, such a great hostess/bartender/server, that girl knows how to be helpfull and she's amazing at customer service!!! Rare gem! Please treat her right!
I was really disappointed with this place. They charge very high for just one hour of billiards, and they don’t even let you play for less than an hour. The price is way too high for what you get, especially considering the place wasn’t busy at all. Definitely not worth it, I won’t be coming back.
This place is horrible in my opinion, employees were all rude and tried to hold my id after I offered to pay a deposit instead and gave me no reason why they needed to hold it and didn’t tell they were taking it behind the counter until after they did. This place looks like it hasnt been cleaned in weeks, the floors are discusting. The pool table I was at had bumps in it and was very worn out. Not on them but the crowd here looks like they are all gonna rob me. Both bathrooms were very messy and unsanitary. I sat on a stool and felt like it was gonna break as it was wobbling back and forth which is very unsafe if I was a bigger person. Only good thing about this place is that they have a tourtoise. There is no world where I would recommend this place to anyone, save your money.
Last time I went it was 24/hr which isn't bad. The tables are nice tho not the cleanest place I've been to. Atmosphere is not good, very dark place combined with the age of the place makes it feel very outdated. There are better options if you are willing to drive to Markham.
The service here was very bad we felt as we weren’t treated right. We came in the guy was talking as if he didn’t even want us in the store, afterwards we asked him politely if he could remind us when the hour ended which he said no to, and okay I understand that but when we finished literally 5 min after the hour he charges us like 6-8 dollars more and that’s shocking because he said he won’t remember which he did. He remembers the exact time we clocked in. And again once more we were only 5 mins late and the guy at the register decided to charge us more money. Overall we felt as we weren’t treated being treated as we were some robots that they’re tired of which was pretty rude.
The staff is extremely rude. We came to play and they started yelling at us to leave because a few tables were doing a tournament. It is a public place we should be able to stand wherever we want, especially when we are not disturbing anyone. They told us to wait for a table and started saying you can’t stand here then we moved further, then again they said you can’t stand here. Should have just said they are full! Not a pleasant experience at all.
Bad experience on what they charge, they advertise $20 per hour but when I went to pay they charge me $27.50 and they try to justify with some crazy rules. Be aware!!!
