I have been ordering Pizzaville for 20 years until I ordered from this one. My first delivery I was charged twice. The next one was 45 minutes late and the driver put my pizza on the ground to get the credit card machine. I ask for a refund, and when I go to the store to get it, a young Indian man there challenges me to a physical fight. I guess they give a franchise to anyone…
Clean location, very friendly owner and great tasting pizza. Owner takes care to make the pizza something you will enjoy. I’m making an effort to support local businesses and this location makes it easy to do so!
Great service, very friendly and accommodating staff. I went in for a slice but they were out so they gave me a small pizza at half price. Basically if you're not a jerk they won't be either.
Why doesn’t head office do anything about this store and the new management? Food quality & customer service has been dropped down. I miss those old good days. Stay away of this store...
Just walked in to ordered a medium pizza the pizza was OK not the best. The staff is friendly but I wish they had pizza on display like others do and not much variety of drinks the only good thing is the location and the price.
asked for double cheese and got very little cheese when complained the cashier became very mad .there are many pizza places in oak ridges and i usually get my pizza some where els .just because the beer store is close by i gave them a chance .never again.
Server took my order looked half asleep. His tummy was all black and everyone speaking different language. Intimidated when I ordered felt like soup Nazi from seinfeld. Dominos next door. Will try that next time.
