The massage therapist needed to put lots more pressure on my glutes. I did discuss this with this but it was not done. To be honest it was a waste of money.
I visited Dr. Behfar Sanjari for my ankle injury and truly appreciated his professionalism and expertise. His clear assessment and confident approach immediately put me at ease I especially want to highlight Hamid (PTA) for his exceptional service. His warm, friendly manner and the care he put into every step of my treatment made a remarkable difference. He was patient, attentive, and genuinely committed to helping me feel better. His customer service and support were outstanding I highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for excellent care and a positive healing experience.
I’ve been going to chiro med for many years. The front desk staff are always very nice and helpful. Ben- dr. Sanjari is a phenomenal chiropractor and really knows what’s he’s doing. The clinic is always clean and has great equipment. I highly recommend him and his clinic.
I was there month ago with one of my friends for consulting issue she had in her knee, not professional place ,I don’t have any idea about doctors but the lady who was manager she told ,was so nerd ,rude and on nerves ,she didn’t know about even simple talk or explanation for a senior lady ! I think it’s better when clinics hire people first teach them how to behave,not just as ….
I just want to say if there was no star option,I definitely would do that! Management of the complex is the first step of every business,specifically in the medical area ,you expect professional and respectful staff! Mahshid , who is working now as a manager of this clinic but not base of education or her skills! So aggressive,extremely rude and unprofessional! I asked simple question as it was my first time,she started to talking so loud and threatening me to cancel my appointment, as my insurance going to be expired at that time and I didn’t have any other option for rebooking in other place , after that she hang up on me !then she started to call who ever from my family she knew them and started to explain herself and … I never seen something like this, s.b should ask from this person who gave you this right for calling your client sibling and friends !unbelievable. And as she is working for a long time with dr Sanjari even they know about her manner and rudeness unfortunately they don’t care about it. I thought maybe it happened just for me and everyone has bad days in their life,maybe it was her bad day,but when I asked from some friends or if you scroll down in this reviews , you can see similar things. Never recommended .
Had my first visit to this clinic for 60 minutes of massage therapy. Clean office overal. The therapist was nuce and knowledgable. What i found odd was that she did about 15 minutes of the massage over the blanket on top of me, which was not effective at all. She did mention it is to warm my muscles but for 15 minutes? She was really good for the first 20 minutes where she worked on the pain areas i had told her about, but the rest was scattered and not effective. I had booked myself for 60 minutes but she was pretty much done after 50. I guess the last 10 minutes were considered tip?!
Everyone at Chiromed is amazing! They are friendly welcoming and always accommodating. They always accommodate me when I make a last minute request and make sure that I leave happy. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a chiropractor or massage therapist.
Chiro Med is outstanding, spend almost 3 years going thru rehab.The staff is very professional, flexible with times, and really care about their patients.The office is more of a family atmosphere, than a cold surgical centre.A high tech environment with all the latest machines, and capability's of taking care of your rehab, tweaking, stretching needs.Dont forget the massage tables, a great way to end your workout session.Dr Sanjari and his staff are truly amazing !!

We live in Lindsay we travel one hour and 30 minutes as there staff are so good at what they do remarkly also staff are so friendly full of life smiles who are so concerned about your well being
