Today I took my son to this shop to take digital photos for his citizenship application. It was a truly pleasant experience. Upon entering, we were greeted by a very friendly elderly gentleman. Before taking photos, he carefully helped my son adjust pose and face angle. He took several photos and let us to select the photos on computer. Because my son was a little overweight and had a double chin in the photos, he decided to take another set of photos for him and we got a perfect one this time. While we were selecting the photos, the gentleman even offered my son and daughter lollipops. The photographer was very professional, friendly and patient. We were satisfied with both the photos and the service. We will definitely be back.
My parents just had their passport photos taken earlier this week. It was such a pleasure to be assisted by Ben. So friendly, careful and detail oriented with both the picture taking process but also in collaborating with us to select photos of our liking. I came around 5pm, the whole process was much easier than I remember when I was a child taking photos. Ben helped me, he was so kind I loved our interaction, the photos were done and taken beautifully! I definitely recommend this place.
Their website states that a 2-photo set costs $15. However, when I arrived, the actual price is $22.50. Please update your website to avoid misleading customers. The staff mentioned that the website hasn't been updated in 5 years, but in their website it also claims that the photos are processed using AI-powered technology, which has only become relevant in the last 2 years.

Best experience taking passport pictures ever! The stuff was very friendly. He took no less than 20 shots, fixed my hair and asked me to smile repeatedly (just the appropriate amount of smiling as permitted for a passport photo). Then he took time to pick the best picture out of all those taken. I’m very impressed and highly recommend the place!
