Extremely Disappointed – Avoid This Store Under Current Management Be warned: all the positive reviews you see here are from when the store had different, much better management (Living on Yonge). The current staff(Centerpoint Paint) are rude, unhelpful, and lazy. They make no effort to help you find your desired paint color and show zero interest in assisting with past purchases or any kind of basic customer support. Worst of all, they are hostile and unwelcoming, and it feels like they only want to serve people who speak their language. I’ve never felt so unwelcome in a retail store. I will not be returning and strongly recommend others to take their business elsewhere.
The best customer service at this location. I can’t ask for more ; specially Jenina she is knowledgeable and very helpful yet very friendly and listening to your needs then give professional advice. I definitely return to buy their painting products. Amazing results after painting.
UPDATE:The review I posted years ago was for the wonderful team and management of “Living on Yonge”. I’m so sorry to see them gone. This new management “Centerpoint Paint” and their staff, are rude, unhelpful and extremely unprofessional. I will not shop here again and I do not recommend them to anyone. We absolutely love this store and their wonderful staff! I don’t Know everyones name but I can definitely name Laura and Janina! Not only their paints are super high quality, they are also always so helpful when it comes to picking up the perfect colour! We also purchased stain from them for our stairs. Janina was the person who matched the stain to our existing hardwood. She did such a wonderful job that everyone even our contractor said no one has ever done a better match!! She is absolutely amazing and helpful all along the way! She even answered my questions on her day off. Amazing people and great service!! Thank you so much for all your help and support!
I wanted to paint my room and had no idea about painting. Staff were really friendly. Maral helped me patiently and explained me how to choose the best colour and all the tools. Highly recommend this store.
