I had a great experience with Tavazo Dried Nuts. The quality of their products is excellent—fresh, flavorful, and very well packaged. You can really tell they care about maintaining high standards. Their customer service was also outstanding: friendly, responsive, and very helpful. I will definitely continue purchasing from Tavazo and highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality dried nuts.
Great service, we got delicious nuts for Shabeh Yalda. Has a variety of sweets and treats for your likings. Lots of help by cashier for nuts. Very helpful and kind.
Absolutely disgusting customer service. My brother-in-law and young nephew went in to buy nuts and were rudely rushed by the worker, who said, “I have other customers, hurry up.” Speaking like that to paying customers especially with a child present is unacceptable and embarrassing for any business. No patience, no professionalism, no basic respect. If this is how customers are treated, management clearly doesn’t care. Plenty of other places to shop that don’t treat families like an inconvenience. Avoid this place.
Since I have been a customer from Iran to Canada in Tavazo. I want to say they have terrible customer service at least in Richmond Hill. We went there to shop. I asked the sales guy to come and help with dried fruits in the fridge, after couple of times preparing stuff for me and my son he got frustrated and said to me sorry I have customer and can you order faster. It was damn ridiculous to me that we were his customer already and he was not enough patient to take care of us. We spent almost 100 bucks for bunch of dried fruits and this was their customer treatment. I just want to say when we always complain about customer service in Canada and we are nagging about here first we should take a look around and see how we treat each other as Iranian. I give this store zero credit and I hope they really try and work harder to learn customer satisfaction and be patient for couple of minutes.
Agreed with another reviewer that freshness is either very good or not good, but it's good to see that the owner is willing to accept returns. Overall, this place is better than Bulk Barn for nuts and dried fruits. The chocolates are also very good, but a little on the expensive side for my budget.
I’ve been going to the Thornhill location for the last year and their products are usually fresh and recent. I recently got a few things from this store and as soon as I came home I was hit with a rotten, musty smell. The products are awful, I wish I could taken it back but I threw out the receipt. Will not be going back to this location.
This store always reminds of my home country Iran and I always love to go there for special nuts and traditional snacks that can’t find anywhere else in GTA. I also love their crystal store beside it.
