I would like to express my heartfelt thanks for the wonderful help I received this morning. I arrived at Cosmo about an hour earlier than opening time and was hesitating whether to wait or go home. At that moment, a staff member came out of the store, noticed me, and kindly asked if I needed any help. I told him that my son’s clarinet needed adjustment. To my surprise, he immediately offered to help, even though it was still about an hour before opening. I later noticed his name tag said Michael. He asked me to wait a little while to see if he could fix it right away. A short time later, he came back with the clarinet already repaired — and told me it was free of charge! I was so touched and truly amazed by his kindness and generosity. Thank you so much, Michael, for your professionalism and warm heart. You really made my day. Cosmo Music is such a great store — it has everything from instruments to repair services — and this was my second visit there. After today, I’m even more impressed and grateful.
New owner old the old Cosmo music store. Love the new arrangements more open style, a place to check out. A lot of music instruments, books and accessories!
The lessons here are decent. I don't recommend buying things from the shops here as they are very overpriced including music, books and instrument rentals. There also is a stage and massive guitar shop. The interior design of this building is very good. Decorated with lots of music elements but that does not make up for their high prices.
My child loved the Music Discovery March break camp. She came home everyday super tired and humming different songs. Normal school she dreads going and complain being bored but music camp she always has a happy face on. I also enjoyed end of week performance put together by the kids. Highly recommend
The Sunday Sessions is an awesome (free!) venue to hear local live music, but even better to bring your band and PLAY on the YR Open Mic stage in the Cosmo theatre!!
I come out to the Sunday Sessions every month and it’s always a great time. The Cosmo team has the stage set up with gear and PA ready to go and sounds great. I really enjoy getting to jam with different players and hearing a wide variety of songs. Lots of fun in a very welcoming environment!
Cosmo Music is the best in Canada!!!!!!! Just come and see without thinking a second.. You’ll definitely understand what I want to mean… I am very lucky that my daughter is in the hands of such a professional team. Even though it was my daughter’s first piano experience, I can’t believe how quickly she has shown such rapid progress in a short time. Her teacher Jisu is such a kind and nice lady as well as being super talented. She is so patience and cheerful. I am so glad that my daughter’s teacher is Jisu. Because she is definitely the best!!! Cosmo Music truly feels like our second home. Each teacher is incredibly valuable in their own way. And I also would like to share with you the unsung hero behind such an amazing team and working environment: Mr. Paymon, the director of Cosmo Music. He is one of the hardest-working, most dedicated, and successful individuals I have ever seen, taking the time to connect with everyone individually and doing his job with excellence. It’s no surprise why Cosmo Music is this exceptional. I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate him and his team once again.
