This was my second time purchasing screen protectors from this store. Both gentleman that usually man the front are always very friendly and pleasant. They offered a three week warranty for the screen protectors (advanced application). When I came back 3 weeks later because with minor issues they gave me new ones no questions asked, full service again. Highly recommended.
Despicable customer service. Returned with a iPhone glass cover that was 2 weeks old and it had lifted from the glass of my phone. The man at the desk said he would replace it, but would have to charge me (again) Don’t waste your time and especially your money. Much better service and products elsewhere.

I went in for an iPhone charging issue, which was quickly resolved with a cleaning. They also offer beautiful cases at very reasonable prices. The staff is friendly, and the service is excellent. Highly recommend!
They repaired my screen and it screwed up the touch completely. I then dropped it half a foot off the ground and there was internal damage. I let them know and they said there was nothing they could do and that it was my fault. It was a sad day at Hillcrest Mall.
