I just wanted to give a shout-out to the staff member (Mitchel) who took my bloodwork last Saturday. He was super approachable and made the whole experience so easy and comfortable. His hands were really light. I honestly didn’t even feel the needle. It was one of the smoothest blood tests I’ve ever had. I also saw him help a young kid, probably around 8 yo, getting bloodwork for the first time. I overheard him say, “It’s his first time, I better give him a good experience,” and you could really tell he meant it. He was so patient and gentle, making sure the child wasn’t scared or in pain. That really stuck with me. Overall, amazing experience. He’s positive, skilled, and genuinely cares about the people he’s working with. Definitely someonewho makes a huge difference in moments that can be stressful for many. Thanks, Mitchell.
I took my mother to this lab for her blood works. Very unorganized and extremely busy. They are short is staff. The staff are joking ….one is running to register the patients and the same person does ECG, blood work etc…. Jack of all trades! Just don’t waste your time. Stay away!
I had a great experience in this location. I visited around 10am today It was busy and many rude patients showed unpleasant attitudes, they remained calm and patient. I could not understand why people were complaining to the nurses about the IT system. I registered with Sumi and she took my blood as well. she was extremely professional in the way she handled everything. Thank you.
I just walked in no appointment and only had to wait 30ish minutes. I had a lovely tech name lisette, she made it painless! The reception staff was also very friendly
We went to this place this morning. The staff named Su Mi was so rude. I only asked her one question. She was very impatient and showed her attitude right away.
Don't know why they have a phone number if no one ever answers Went there a month ago for blood work and still my doctor haven't received any results, I'm trying to call to see what's going on, it rings for literally 5 minutes and then hangs up. Horrible service. Unprofessional!
My dad needs to do blood and urine tests. This is a Monday morning ~9:20am, we just walk-in and wait time is only 19 minutes. This clinic is busy yet the staff are friendly and efficient. The technician doing blood test for my dad is very skillful and confident. If you want online test result, you can subscribe for $9.99 for one year.
