I went there a few weeks ago to the walk in clinic. I saw a male Dr. He was incredible. Very empathetic. I felt heard. I would definitely recommend going here.
Very disappointing experience with Dr. Davoudpour. He is always rushing to get you out of the office, even when I had an appointment booked a week in advance. I brought up a health concern towards the end of our meeting which was completely ignored.
Dr. Sarang is a very kind and caring doctor. His receptionist Azita is very nice and always remembers each patients name. The wait times are usually max 15 mins and appointments are in time. There is also a pharmacy connected - they are very helpful and kind as well. Recommend coming here.
Horrible experience I waited 2 hour for the doctor and he constantly seemed to be in a rush. Got absolutely no where and wasted my time. Dr Mousavi is extremely unprofessional
If you’re looking for a place that’s extremely unreliable, disorganized, and unprofessional — this is definitely the one. They close without prior notice, and the allergy specialist doctor is completely unresponsive. The only time everything seems to work perfectly is when they’re collecting your payment.
I really like this place but I don't know whether they are short staff or what but they just don't pick up the phone no matter what!! I drove there for walk in just to be told my doctor is on vacation.. if they just pick up the phone it would save me the long trip there. So yah really good place but the worst in picking up phone calls or getting back to you
Dr. Davoudpour has been my GP for more than 3 years, and am very happy and satisfied with his service to me and my family, he is a very pleasant, kind, and patient in treating us. On the other hand, front desk attitude is not pleasant when checking-in. As per for my experience, I was late to my appointment for 10 minutes, but her behaviour towards it was not pleasant. As a person who works in the same field and managing a busy clinic, I found her attitude to be unprofessional and disturbing.
