Me and my wife got a couple's massage from groupon and had one of the best massages ever. The place was quiet, clean and the staff was professional and very experienced. My wife had a similar experience and was pleased with her massage. I had to hold my breath a few times, but by the end my tension was almost gone it was definitely worth the money. We will definitely be going back again and i highly recommend this spot.

Had a 90 minute couples massage with my husband here for my bday. Was unable to relax. I am the type of person who normally doesn't say anything but my masseuse was putting too much pressure where I could not relax at all. I told her to put less pressure/softer please and I had to remind her every 2 minutes. It hurt so much, honestly wouldn't recommend. She was doing something to my ankle and I literally jerked my foot coz it hurt so much. I also did not like how she massaged my feet and then massaged my face right after. However, the lady at the front was nice and offered us tea. There were accessible washrooms and large parking area.
This was one of the worst massages me and my fiancé had. Why? Because Steve or was his name Henry talked too much and was talking and trying to push me to by herbal medicine. I was supposed to be relaxing not talking. And this was not worth the price to pay for. I charge less than this. Have my own business and charge way less. 90 min I charge 110/ 90 min and they charge more over 230$. But I’m worth it. I do stretches for people during massages and shiatsu combination. All what he did is mostly my back and I didn’t feel any difference. He made fun of my skin as he says I have white spots or whatever. Doesn’t matter just he should have done his job properly. Shocking talking about herbal medicine all the hell time. And the female didn’t do good job on my fiancé. Not enough pressure. It may look fancy and all but the massage experience wasn’t good. Hwy 7 and chalmers at tranquil do better than here and cheaper. I do massage Monday-Sunday 10-8 and I need to relax. Not talk.
One of the best massages I have had in the Richmond Hill-Maple-Vaughan area and I have lived here for 8 years. The massage therapist was skilled, professional, thorough and focused on areas that were sore on my back and legs. I will 100% return and highly recommend.
