Very nice and relaxing experience. The atmosphere was wonderful. There is soft music playing, the temperature was great and the massage room looks pleasant and calming. The massage itself was great. I would definitely recommend this location.
I had an extremely disappointing experience at Shangri-La Wellness & Massage Spa, and I feel compelled to share it. It was my wife's birthday, and I wanted to treat her to something special. I called the spa at 10:30 AM to book a 90-minute couple's massage for 5 PM. They confirmed the appointment and even mentioned a first-time customer rate of $100 for 90 minutes. However, when we arrived at 5 PM, they told us they had no record of the booking, despite checking their call logs and confirming that I had called earlier in the day. Instead of honoring the original booking, they said they could only offer a 60-minute massage for $110—completely different from what was promised. This level of unprofessionalism and poor customer service ruined what was supposed to be a special day. I left feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. I cannot recommend this spa, and I suggest looking elsewhere for reliable and respectful service.
Decided to get a much needed massage last week at SL. I think they did some renovations. The place looks much better than before, very clean and comfortable. No change to the rate still $60 per hour plus $20 for table shower. After 40 minutes of the strong massage move to the table shower room. Nicely equipped, very relaxing. ?
Went for a couples massage an the women whispered back an forth the first 20 mins, then started laughing loudly..to top it off, near the end of our 1hr that was booked for 1 hr an a half ..one lady burped out..completely disturbing for a couples massage..tried to just enjoy an not ruin my night but me and the wife talked about it a few times now so decided to leave a review..however the other location in etobicoke I would rate a 5 star..I still tipped because I have never been in a place an didn't tip but felt bad for even leaving $20 ..definitely suggest going to the other location
It was very very bad to communicate with them ??? She hung up in the middle of the conversation ?? She was very very very rude on the phone I wanted to get there for the first time I will not come again and I will inform my friends that you are very rude And do not choose you ??????? All prices are quite high and it is falsely written on the site that we provide these services ?
The massage really helped my neck and back pain. After a serious neck and shoulder massage, I always get a good night's sleep. Excellent full body massage.
Spacious massage rooms and spotless in-room showers. The facility is fresh, the staff is professional and easy to communicate. Total advanced massage experience from beginning to ending. Certainly, come back again.
