Terrible service. Left my drawings with a guy named John to do a takeoff and order me brick, stone a nd sil. Told me by the end of day. Tried calling him for 2 weeks with no response. Guess my little 800sq/ft pool cabana was not enough profit. Call Allstone and ask for Ken! Great service there!
Worst service ever, nobody assists in the showroom and at the order desk. Tried to ask a guy sitting in the office and he just let me wait. Been waiting more than 10mins still nobody shows up for assistance.
