I had a very bad experience tonight with this locksmith. Be cautious if you are dealing with them. I called them at around 9pm asking for a locksmith service since I locked myself out of the house. I was told a technician will be at my house in 35 mins... Ok, not great, but I will wait. At 9:45, the technician called and told me he is not very far-away, ask me to wait.... Ok, not great, but I will wait... the google review of this firm is not bad.... at 10:10, I called the technician back and was told he was still at another customer's place and will come in 35 mins, and offered me 10% discount.... I called back to the business number, only got voice mail. I had to call back the technician and he offered me to see if another technician will be available. waited another 10 mins, another technician called and said he will be here in 25 mins. I waited another 15 mins and tried to call the 2nd technician to make sure he is on his way, but nobody picked up... he never showed up that night! While all these happening, my wife and two small kids were waiting outside of the house.... I wasted at least 1 hour and half with this firm. So try somewhere else if you don't want my experience. I wish I could give zero star...
