Anyone giving this place a 1 star review is out of their mind - and most likely using a fake account. I've worked with dozens of lighting suppliers and Canada Lighting Supplies stands out as the single best supplier I've worked with. Customer service was insanely good (shout out to James) and they even helped me with a lighting issue from another supplier. 10 out of 10. I would recommend this company to anyone without hesitation.
Decent products. Absolutely atrocious customer service! Rude. condescending, not willing to admit their mistakes. The person whom I dealt with should be fired immediately. Will never buy again!
They are terrible. It says Canada but you will need to return to US causing shipping cost to be as much as the cost of your item. Just before you press pay there is a quick pop up saying it's US funds. They are frauds and will NOT pay for your shipping. They refuse to talk to you on the phone and their customer service is atrocious. I'm so disappointed in the service and the quality. I was drooped off the 'chat twice'. This was awful.
