Such unprofessional lawyer and staff. They aren’t able to do simple transactions. It’s surprising how she has got her degree. She says one thing and charges something different. Very unreliable and untrustworthy. Such horrible attitude from katayoun as well. Will not ever recommend Elham to anyone. Avoid this lawyer as you can easily find someone better.

Stay away from this so called lawyer. I wish there was a negative star I could provide but social media does not as yet have this option. She is corrupt, morally bankrupt, and represents all that is wrong as a so called 'Officer of the Court'. She lies, steals, cheats all for the purpose of fattening her bank account. No action is too low or harmful for Ms Moaveni, if she profits financially. There are titles for people like Ms Moaveni, but I shall get Justice through the Canadian Judicial system, ethically and as per the rules of Civil Procedure and the Law Society of Upper Canada. I am writing this review in the hopes that others may not suffer as I did.
My husband and I M. Kian-poor had refinancing and closing recently with Ms. Moaveni Law firm that they were very honest and professional during the whole process. Ms. Moaveni and her team were exactly on time and knowledgeable. Ms.Moaveni and staff member (her dad)are very organized and master. She is amazing in customer service and her job. Moaveni is very rude in some aspect . Not only She doesnt have true colour , but also she and her team dont have any respect to their client . They charge people unfairly and take advantage of them soecially if their clients are newcommerce and they are not aware about their right. According to my experience , I am not recommending any one to go there.
She's very rude and a lazy lawyer. Never answer her clients questions. You can't get hold of her no matter how many times you call her. I would not recommend this lawyer to anybody. very poor service!!! I wish I could give her below zero star, but in order to post my comments I had to give her one, She did not deserve any!!!
