She pressured us into signing quickly, using fear-based tactics, and recommended an insurance policy with an unreasonably high premium when other companies offered much lower rates. It felt like once she collected her payment, she was no longer concerned with doing the job properly. If you’re looking for a real estate lawyer, I would strongly recommend considering other options.

Katherine was the lawyer for the buyer of my property. She misrepresented my claim on an appliance claiming that we agreed it was non-functional. She did not set up the utilities properly and my name was still on the bill after I had moved out. She did not provide documents on time for closing and delayed our process. Overall bad experience on the opposite side but could be a wonderful experience if you are her client.

The lawyer looks professional but she don't deal with the case all by herself. She handled my case to her law clerk without notification, the law clerk is really unprofessional and messed up things during the time of closing and paper working. so that I lost a lot of money because of these mistakes. they don't represent clients' benefit at all, they just want to close it ASAP. I wouldn't go this law firm again for other cases in the future
