Been hiring them for my snow removal for over 5 years they always do a proper job, the guy gets out of the truck and shovels my walk ways by hand and does a fantastic job!! Would highly recommend and I will be using them again next year for sure
Service has completely deteriorated. Probably took on more contracts than they can manage. Snow removal time is upwards of 12 hours at times. They take less than 5 minutes when they do arrive. I'll be finding a new provider next season.
My wife and I had requested a quote from King Kongtracting for our interlocking project. Sam came by to give us a quote and was personable, professional, extremely knowledgeable and patient as we asked him many questions. We were not sure about the design of what we were looking for and Sam even took the time to take us to the local stone yard to show us the various options/ colour palettes. After this level of care, we were sold and we ended up hiring them to install the new interlock in the backyard, side of the house and driveway extension. Sam and his team did a WONDERFUL & WORLD CLASS job and we couldn't be happier.
