I have been to this store several times. Never too happy. There is always an issue of Trust…. Yesterday, I went for a repair under the protection plan. The sales person, Chloe, who claim to be the Assistant Mgr, was rude, dismissive and condescending. May be the way I was dressed, didn’t look posh even, she questioned 3 times if I purchased the item from Peoples. After responding twice to her repeated questions, I asked her to help me understand why she is asking me the same question 3 times. She got defensive and started giving me an attitude. :-(. I requested to speak to Store Mgr, who conveniently was on break as per Chloe. Not wanting to get into an argument, I asked for another sales person, Yasmin, who was very helpful and kind. Yasmin after finishing with my transaction called the Store Manager, who apologized and will look into the matter. It reminded me of Pretty Woman… lol. Giving it 2 star because of Yasmin, who was very personable and kind. Thank you

Terrible customer service!!! I was waiting there for 10 minutes to see a silver necklace and sale associates even the manager was ignoring me and just serving the customer who were buying gold. DISGUSTING

I recently visited the Peoples Jewellery store at Hillcrest Mall and had a wonderful experience. The new manager Arshika is amazing—patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. With her assistance, I found the perfect pair of gold diamond earrings and couldn't be happier with my purchase. I highly recommend this store to anyone who loves jewelry. Today I had a great experience with Hoda (hope I spelled it correctly). We were buying a gift, she patiently showed us a lot of jewelries in our budget range and helped us choosing the best one.
This store is outstanding!!! My husband and I love Olga!! Most caring and thoughtful person…helped us select all our pieces and especially our engagement ring and wedding rings!!! I’m so upset I happened to lose my one Winnie the Pooh earring the one that dangles Olga gave us a great price for them I’ve seem to lost the one…and I’m purely devastated I had to save 6 months for those and they were my favourite!!! I’m truly heartbroken over this.
