Absolutely unacceptable experience. The owner’s behavior toward me was completely inappropriate and crossed personal boundaries. I felt extremely uncomfortable and disrespected. No customer should ever be made to feel unsafe in a place that is supposed to be welcoming. This kind of attitude and behavior is disgusting. I will never return and strongly warn others to think twice before coming here.
Food doesn't taste the same like how I first bought it but overall i was looking for the combo special that you guys had on your site with the veggie lasagna that's comes with garlic bread and ceaser salad that is my favorite but it wasn't there how comes and did you guys get a new chef
0 stars DO NOT ORDER. Ordered from Uber and came cold cause it took so long to come. The store uses some random delivery service so its not trackable from uber app. They say pizza has “arrived” but there was clearly nothing in my front door. Very poor delivery service, definitely used some cheap delivery dude
Subject: Poor Quality and Unacceptable Delivery Experience - Mamma's Pizza Richmond Hill "I recently ordered a large 3 topping pizza for delivery from Mamma's Pizza in Richmond Hill (420 Hwy 7 E). The pizza arrived over an hour late, far exceeding the promised 45-minute delivery time, and was limp and soggy. They left pizza box on dirty floor - making it non edible. The price of over $36.00 for a large pizza was also quite expensive for the quality received. I would not recommend this location and would not order again.
Pizza is awful. We ordered 1 large pizza and it came soggy, underdone and the pizza box is too small for the large pizza, resulting in 2 folded slices. The taste is 2/10 at best. This mamas pizza location has lost its touch COMPLETELY. Horrible pizza. This is coming from a person who never leaves reviews. To the owner: If you continue cutting corners like this you will be out of business very soon.
From out of town and I was looking for a nice cheese Italian pizza. The front desk recommended them and we were not disappointed lots of topping sauce was amazing and Christ was nice and think. Highly recommend!!!
Wow! I first time trying the pizzas here, it was amazing! Fresh and delicious! I love this DEVIL'S DELIGHT PIZZA! Anyone love to eat super spicy Pizza then you should try this pizza! Yummy!
