Very spacious! I recommend for parties Clean! Staff was very friendly and very good! Only drawback during the winter season is there are not enough coat hooks in the shoe/coat room.

The jumping part and the slides are good but there are many screens there which is not your intend most of the time to go to a playground and most of the space specified for that

Great place with a lot of options for the kids - trampolines, play structure, arcade games. Didn’t like the floors were all hard tile vs carpeted with the kids but that’s minor. Service was good, kids had a great time.

We recently celebrated my daughter’s 5th birthday at Jump City Richmond Hill, and it was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, the staff were friendly, organized, and attentive, making the whole experience stress-free for us parents. The kids had an incredible time bouncing, climbing, and exploring all the activities—my daughter and her friends couldn’t stop smiling! The facility was clean, safe, and full of fun things for the children to enjoy. I would highly recommend Jump City Richmond Hill for anyone looking to host a memorable and exciting birthday party for their little ones.

Although it's a good place for kids to enjoy but tickets price are insane; and not reasonable at all compared to another facilty !!! I had to pay more than 60$ for my two kids who just arrived to play for the last hour of the day. Fees should apply to per hour only not for the whole day when it's abovious there's only 1 hour left for closing.

Too many arcades, you pay $28 for a 3 year old and all he wants is to look at the arcades and not jump. I would suggest separating the areas for plar and arcades. The orange slide is dangerous.

We visited on a Thursday evening, and the facility was impressively clean and well-maintained. The children loved it! The playground has everything for a wide range of ages — from toddlers to preteens — including a trampoline area, rock climbing zone, toddler corner, pretend play section, and arcade games. My only concern was the flooring. The tiles on the main floor and the glossy laminate in the trampoline area felt quite slippery and a bit unsafe. That was the main reason I deducted two stars. Otherwise, everything else — especially the cleanliness and variety — was excellent.
