This was our first time visiting Nexus Golf, and my husband and I had a wonderful experience. The facility is spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the complimentary beverages were a lovely touch that made our visit even more enjoyable. Being a 24/7 self-service facility makes it extremely convenient and easy to fit a practice session into any schedule. Although the location is self-service, the staff support was excellent — friendly and very helpful, and they fixed my account setup promptly over the phone, which we truly appreciated. We really enjoyed practicing here together and can easily see this becoming one of our go-to spots, especially during the Toronto winter when indoor golf is the perfect option. One small suggestion would be the addition of a senior discount rate, which would be greatly appreciated and would make an already great experience even better. Highly recommended!
I had a really terrible experience here. The simulator in Bay 6 didn’t work at all, and there was no real support to fix it. I spent the entire session trying to troubleshoot instead of actually playing. For a place that advertises a premium experience, the lack of functioning equipment and lack of assistance was extremely disappointing. I paid for a session I couldn’t use, and there was no staff and phone number that I could reach to offer meaningful help or solution. I would not recommend this place unless they seriously improve their equipment reliability and customer service.
updated bay 3 is somewhat broken, the ball feeder is supposed to go up AFTER the hit. Instead, it goes up once you remove the ball on top. Results in loss of tracking of the ball you are about to hit. For all bays, divot needs to be repaired or replaced. Putting isn't enjoyable at all.
Booked a private bay at this Richmond hill location. Private room is a bit tight for sitting and trying to not be hit by a backswing is something you have to do every time. Tee box is ok, not much of a lane for putting. Software is not the best, not really user friendly and way too slow in between shots and changing holes. Courses are ok. Couldn't imagine using the other bays as they have 0 privacy and look too crammed.
Fair pricing and equipment. HOWEVER the screen is too thin or too hard, the ball hard bounced off straight back to the bay. It almost hit the guy beside me which is very dangerous!
Love this place. Very accurate, neat, clean and nice place to practice your game and enjoy various of golf courses. You can travel many different golf courses without paying flight:) Com check it out~~~!!!
