It's nice to hear from you after two long years, Rita, it's the first time you've ever replied. I believe you've just proven my point, thank you. I couldn't reply to your RUDE comment on my last review, but fortunately I have another email, lucky you. First of all my name isn't Alfonso it's Alberto, so that just shows the lack of professionalism you have. The way you reply to people speaks volumes so that's enough . Allow me to refresh your memory: You first came to Aguascalientes offering your services, and you and your "assistant" told me it would be easier to help me if I were in Toronto, so I I went. When I got there it was a real struggle to even get an appointment. Long story short you said I didn't have to pay anything until you found a job for me (sounds like a you problem), which never happened, I got a little lucky and found one on my own. I gave your assistant the info to which she didn't reply to, and showed very little interest. You took so long to the point where I lost the offer. So the whole me "not being a real customer" doesn't really make sense, either that, or you gave me false information from the get-go. In conclusion, I felt like I was never taken serious. If you're wondering why I'm the rude one now, I'm just matching your energy. You could have replied with an apology for not taking me serious, or from the beginning you could've been honest. So I don't understand your attitude. Anyway, you are 100% right that I will never be a customer 'cause I now there are at least a couple hundred places that can be more profesional then you have ever been. I have the Whatsapp where you and your assistant never answered, if you want me to share them here. ;) PS: I wrote this review in English 'cause I know you don't speak Spanish too well and your assistant, Scarlett, her English is... underwhelming to say the least. You should really consider in hiring competent people with "people skills." May I suggest one for you as well, 'cause the way you respond to people says a lot about you, and your customer service skills are below average. May you have the day you deserve.
