I took my daughter to national training rink since 3 years old. I saw huge improvement from her ice skating skills, there are lots of good coaches and they put the students in different groups by their experience and abilities, parents will get a report card after every sessions. I want to say huge thanks to Ms. Stephanie!! Ava’s parent.
The training programs are great but I was ridiculed by the company owner of the vending machines after it took a toonie from my son and dispensed nothing. We immediately called the number on the vending machine and spoke to the owner. He said that it was strange because the machines don't usually do that... He said text him my information and details about the situation and he'd leave the money with staff next time he was there... 3 or 4 weeks now. Nothing. I'd avoid the vending machines. NTR facility and staff are incredible, though. I wasted so much money on ice skating lessons offered by Richmond Hill, at various local arenas. (And also wasted money in the NTR vending machines.)

Nothing but raving good things to say about the customer service, and coaching staff of Richmond Hill NTR. Each coach is more patient and caring than the next - and my kids have improved 10 fold, while also generating a love for the game/skating. We will forever be grateful to NTR and its staff.
This is a terrific facility! I started my daughter here when she was three years old. She is ten now, and if the rink was open, she would be training right now. The staff are amazing. They are skilled and careful. This is a very child safe venue. The class sizes have always been small. She remembers her instructors fondly. When she made the Select team last year, she wanted to share the news with the instructors at the rink. When she was small and attended camps in the summer, the most important things from her perspective were what's for lunch, and what are we doing off the ice. She had so much fun. And she learned to play well. As soon as this facility re-opens, I will be signing her up for more summer fun.
