We had booked an event with ice queen for July 8. We had email correspondence confirming this date and time as well as several follow-up phone conversations including the day before. They assured us that they would be present at the event.The ice cream truck never showed up. There was no attempt at explanation from the company regarding why they did not show up. They never returned the phone messages we left. We had to scramble last minute to find an alternative. I would strongly recommend to never do business with this company as they are unreliable. You get what you pay for…and in this case, you don’t get much.
