Great gym! the technogym equipment is awesome, and the staff here are all super kind and respectful. Mike is honestly one of the best trainers out there, always motivating and really knows his stuff. STAX, which works from inside FC, has some of the best practitioners, Mark and Ilan have provided me with amazing physio and chiro care to keep me in top shape. Shoutout to Iesna for always bringing positive energy at the front door and making the best smoothies in Richmond Hill! Highly recommend this place. ??

My friend has been a member for years and he referred me to this gym 2 years ago and I’m very satisfied I signed up. This gym is amazing, has good equipment and the front desk employees are very friendly!
The gym really could consider a BIG refurb to get along with today’s modern fitness communities. Pricing is ridiculous and does not reflect anything except for location and cheery reception. Otherwise, bleak environment, suboptimal machines, dead spaces and positioning. The gym carries and practices old school services that are useless and don’t work long term. There is so much potential with its location, space, and people.
Hidden gem in Richmond Hill. It's beside the Bingo hall and it's worthwhile going too. No matter what hours I come, the gym has space for me to get a workout in [even when it gets busy]. They have enough machines for everybody who comes in, and lately I have been seeing them give personal tours to potential members - even seen some of the staff show exactly how the machines work because they use Technogym (which has the best gym equipment out there). It's a personable, welcoming, and approachable, gym with a great gym community. Been coming here for 2+ years and I have no regrets or complaints. Ample parking, big gym, great (Technogym) equipment, people are helpful if you need help with equipment or form. FOR SURE one of the best gyms out there.
Response to Owner: All I left was a 1 star I never said anything about having a problem with members at your lousy gym. But if you’d like a explanation, here: I gave this place a 1 star because it is unsanitary, They don’t clean anything! The machines felt sticky. I wasted money coming here. Just go to planet fitness instead. It’s cleaner, cheaper and the staff is much nicer.
Aj has been very helpful, knowledgeable and understanding during the fitness assessment process. Would definitely recommend reaching out to Aj if you require some personal training sessions!
