Paid for an ultimate wash, ended up with wax stains all over my rear passenger window, looks like someone poured bird shit all over it. Ultimate wash includes wheel wash but there were still a lot salt stains on my wheels after. I waited 50 minutes to get this quality of work….go somewhere else.
The sign displayed a price of $139.9, but the cashier made an adjustment during our prepayment at the register. When we checked the receipt at home, we noticed the price had changed to $143.9. Businesses won’t thrive with practices like this—honesty is key!
Advertised as 143.9 and charged at 148.9. Went talk to the staff and his response was “I have no idea, the board’s price is incorrect”, and reacted like it’s none of his business. Update on Dec4, 2025: Will this location ever improve??? App showed that the Car Wash was open, while the site was under repair. Happened so many times!!! Mr. Indian staff said they don’t have control about the app, and actually they don’t even care about anything!! Worst worst WORST Shell!!! Is this a new scam? Worst Shell experience ever!! ???
I have been here for car washes twice because it is close to work and the car wash is touchless. The staff are nice enough, the place is clean, and the service is quick. But, both times (1 month apart), the nozzles from where the liquids are dispensed either do not dispense at all or are dispensing at a 50%. This means there is not enough pressure to rinse off the soaps and I end up driving away with soap running down my car. I like the touchless part and the service, but I will not be purchasing car washes there any more.
After waiting minutes to be served as the only customer in the store purchasing a drink and bunch of lottery tickets, i get rudely rejected because I am 18 years old and “Have to be 19 in order to play lottery”
This Shell gasoline station has eight fuel pump stations and a touchless car wash. They also have two self serve vacuum areas, and an air refilling pump as well. Since they’re harder to find these days, I should mention that there are 2 Bell pay phones adjacent to the property as well.
