The pumps don’t work half the time when you try to tap or even insert your card…the car wash has issues all the time…if the owners don’t fix these technical issues a this gas station, they will lose customers very fast! It’s pathetic how often these easy to fix issues occur at this location.
If you close the car wash place, then please have the sign placed at the entrance of car wash line instead beside the wash room. The gas pumps are good, enough space.
I went to use the washroom and open the door and walked in ? that was on the floor. Some customer are nasty. When I left I told the Shell employee about it but he did not seem to care.
The lot has enough room to move comfortably around the pumps, and entry and exit are straightforward. The pumps work smoothly, and the pay-at-the-pump option makes quick refueling easy. Inside, the convenience store is well kept, with the usual snacks, coffee, and car-care items available. Gas prices are typical for the area — not the cheapest
The car wash in my opinion is not set up for large SUV! The cleaning of my Ford Explorer rear bumper and back windows were not cleaned are filthy after going through the wash here. What a waste of $18 for premium wash... BTW the front and sides are cleaned perfectly
Took my car to get it washed the car wash late last night, I paid for the ultimate was $18.99. it didn't even wash the back door. the manager wouldn't even look at the way the car was washed. I told him he should check the wash and the answer I got he washes his car every day, and he has no issues. He first refused to redo the wash and then come back tomorrow, only if I had my receipt. Customer service is not.
I like Shell gasstation for the option to put gas using this little handle inside the fuel despancer. It was a big surprise for me then I discovered this option. This particular station always have spaces available, not busy. There a car wash as well, regular, touchless.
