This Shell station keeps both the automatic car wash and the jet wash area almost permanently closed. Even when the weather is completely suitable, both services remain unavailable with no explanation. Other Shell stations in the area operate their car wash services without issues, so the constant closure here is simply unacceptable. A location carrying the Shell name should not operate with such inconsistency and lack of responsibility. This approach shows poor service quality and does not reflect the standards Shell claims to represent.
would give it 0 stars if i could. the OLD lady working here has been here for so many years but her attitude gets worst everytime. the WORST service in my life this gas station is 1min from my house but i rather drive 10mins out of the way so i don't need to deal with this old lady.
Used the ultimate car wash at this location and my number plater and plate holder got damaged after the wash. I was told someone would contact me regarding this issue but no one contacted me yet. Don’t use the car wash at those location.
Please train your employees to double check the facts before opening their mouths. And stop blaming the customers when there is a failure in your own system.
Evening time (usually between 6 to midnight) is the best time to fill up at this gas station as the prices here as usually cheaper than other gas stations in the evening time.
Saw an Embarrassing video posted on YouTube and Twitter about this Shell location, I’ve read the full complaint and this is a true example of Shell customer service as they allow this to happen.
*edit: 2025 Aug Still great! A self service experience with several bays for coin operated vacuum, and spray soap with brush and pressure washer. There is a drive through wash/wax with tickets available inside the building. Snack food and some electronics accessories are available, there are no fresh prepared sandwiches or pastries; however, this location does have Costa brand coffee. Gum, candy, nuts, jerky, energy drinks, soft drinks, water, chips and chocolate are the main items found inside the store. There are cigarettes and tobacco sold behind the counter. This is a 24hour location and all features are accessible throughout inclement weather and holidays.
