Unfortunately, this was a very poor experience. My order arrived missing a plant, and the delivery company left the package outside without ringing or notifying me, resulting in it being left out all night in the winter..
Im so excited I was able to find this beauty and get it shipped from across the country. She was perfectly packed and looks like she didn’t just traveled literally from the other side of Canada to join my family. Delivery happened the exact day I requested.
I ordered a Monstera White Monster, and the first one came in it had brown spots all over the plant. So I contacted the company and they were apologetic and they sent out a new one and it arrived in perfect condition!!! I will definitely be ordering from them again.
I ordered 4 plants + a probiotic. Everything was in a box, with a padded foil wrap and moist papers. I also paid for winter protection, which is a heat pack they add to ensure your plants dont suffer too much during winter shipping. Lastly they tape cotton on the soil to make sure the plant don't get de-potted. I received on the date i chose. All my plants are incredibly healthy, fluffy and green. Wonderful experience, thank you for my plants!

This is my third time ordering from MyGreenScape. I have ordered a Jade plant, and a few varieties of pothos. The plants are very healthy, and free of pests. Even thoguh we are in November right now, the team was meticulous with the packaging, to ensure the plants are safe during the transport. Not to mention, the order arrived very quickly too! :)
