The staff in the Center are very helpful and friendly. One huge disconnect is the back office or their manager dont really care about the services is a very personalized service, it does require to look into the details. I took up a plan ahead services and they send me a generalized letter and assumed I already pass away! Sent them a complain letter and they didnt even border to response!
Had my mothers funeral here over 3 years a go. Over charged me and double billed me as well. They also managed to break a piece off the corner of the head stone and didnt repair it or mention it to me.
Tried to call to inquire about services, no one picks up, no voicemail and just hangs up. Decided to go there to speak with someone, they made us wait for over 30mins to speak with a funeral director. During the wait, no one came to update us what is happening, how long we need to wait etc. its especially frustrating to a grieving family. At the end, we left as no one bother to speak to us.
I highly recommend this place. They were very supportive to our Hindu rites. Our assigned Director was Emily and she was kind, respectful and sweet. Thank you for making this difficult time easier on our family.
Staff very helpful, especially Sarah Hergott. I have used their services at 4 different times. Would highly recommend.
