They have good frozen dimsum here. Everytime I come there is always plenty to choose from. Place is clean. They only take cash and debit and 'No Credit Cards' accepted.

Fu Kee Bao’s 3rd location is now opened in Richmond Hill. LOVE Dim Sum? But you get intimidated when ordering it at the restaurant. Need to buy gifts for Lunar New Year? Well, this is it! Come in 7 days a week from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. No rush, take your time while in the store. All items are labelled well in English and in Chinese on both the packaging and the display cases. All cooking instructions are printed on each item. Dim sum is raw. No expiration date printed on any packages, so please consume within reasonable time. Please note this location carry more varieties than their other 2 locations (Scarborough and Markham). I noticed more flavours of Bao (white buns), frozen dim sum, and how about BBQ Pork Chops? They got it. PHOTOS are attached for your convenience. It’s an open, bright, clean square shaped walk-in store with high ceilings. PARKING? There’s plenty of parking spots over here. You don’t need to fight for a spot, not like the other 2 locations. They only take cash or debit over $20. If you spend over $100, you have either a choice of 2 gift items. 1) A lined Bag to store your food items either hot or cold. 2) Plastic Food Container with a removable metal insert with 4 locking tabs. As a regular shopper, I’m hoping they would have more gift choices for spending over $100 in the future. It encourages more spending. It’s a grab and go place without any washroom facilities. NOT mobility friendly as there’s no push or wave buttons at the entrance. This is located in a plaza with a Chinese restaurant, a Chinese Dessert/Bakery Cafe and many more. This location has a steady stream of customers at the time of visit. Accessible by car or the York Region Buses. Close to highway 404 from the West, and highway 7 from the South. It looks like you can join their mailing list to get a discount. It’s too bad, it’s mostly written in Chinese.

Very disappointed with the following items as I've been buying from them since the COVID years! 1) pepper pork stomach soup: had to throw out cuz the stomach was not cleaned properly during preparation so it was extremely smelly! 2) savoury taro cake: the dough part was gooey. 3) 4 stars: shrimp and chives dumpling (made for steaming) was really good . 4) 4 stars: shrimp and pork with truffle paste topping SiuMai

Awesome products! very high quality, I especially love the bean curd veggie rolls and the red bean steamed baos. I would love to see a shiitake or mix mushroom siumai!

Like the chicken feet a lot, well seasoning. Others are good as well except for the radish cake, which is very floury, hard to pan fry, much worse than the one my mom makes and the one I eat at congee queen

I was always happy to go until I found some mold on the buns after I steamed them and about to consume it… I just bought them two weeks ago and it has already started molding? I know it is not always a health risk but it is a very unpleasant situation. Just to reply back to the merchant - everything is properly stored in a freezer with -18C temperature

Great place for frozen foods, deserts and dimsum to put on your steamer and have for morning, brunch or even dinner. I used to go to the Scarborough original location glad they have one in Richmond Hill now. Prices vary but are reasonable for the quality you're getting. Lots of freezers inside with English labels so it's easy to know what your looking at. Instructions are on the packages for how long to steam the foods, I typically do longer to make sure it's throughly cooked because they are frozen. Nice bonus if you spend $100 you get a free bag to keep foods hot, comes in handy when you're here again or when you have takeout food and want to keep it warm till you arrive home. I'll definitely be back, as it's a good value when you're craving dimsum but don't want to spend $6-9 per dish at a restaurant. Debit and Cash payment only.

Dear customer, Since our products do not contain preservatives, If you put them in the freezer(frozen), they can be stored for a month, but if you put them in the refrigerator, they can only be stored for a week.
