I had an excellent experience at Tip Top Tailors in Hillcrest Mall. Parsa was an outstanding sales associate, his expertise in color matching, putting outfits together, and offering great ideas made the whole process easy and enjoyable. His customer service was exceptional. Angela, the store manager, was also incredibly helpful and kind. Their professionalism and friendly approach truly made a difference. Highly recommend this location!
My first time stepping into this place and my last time. I was astonished by the atrocity of talking to an old eastern European sales woman!!! Stay away, lots of better places in the mall!
We went there to purchase a suit, the lady named Angela was working by herself and she is very efficient. She helped us to find the size and we purchased it.
MY GO TO STORE FOR EVERYTHING TAILOR RELATED these guys went out and beyond their way on helping me choose the best of the best for my job interview I look amazing and best of all the employee should of gotten his name but helped me knock down the price from a large amount to a not so large amount they helped me even budget myself accordingly
I went in for a quick shop, and I got blown away by the great Varooj. He is absolutely amazing and patient and also helped me find the best sizing and design for my needs. The environment is friendly and absolutely organized. Will be back for more options for my suit.

Me and my wife went to this store to do some winter shopping. There was only one sales person who was a little older in age. His body language towards us since we are south Asian was extremely rude. If he was looking down upon me and my wife. Watching us like we will steal something. I do not approuve such treatment he was a white male showing a very typical behaviour. I just felt a prisoner in the shop. Although I really wanted to shop there I left the store with in 5 mins. Suggestion for the owner have more diverse staff. I ll never go back there again.
