I finally found time to share my wonderful experience renting Kaleido for a party this past May — and I truly can’t recommend it enough! We were already familiar with the venue and always appreciated its artistic charm, but what made the biggest impression on us was the exceptional support we received throughout the planning and on the event day itself. Edward was a great pleasure to work with — he made everything run so smoothly. From setting up the space in the most thoughtful way to ordering food and coffee on our behalf, he ensured all our needs were met and that our guests were well taken care of. The space was perfect for our group of about 50 adults and children. We hosted a craft workshop for the kids, and there was still plenty of room for them to mingle, play, and enjoy the party. The audio-visual setup at Kaleido is truly top-notch. We used it to run a photo slideshow that the kids absolutely loved — it added such a fun and personal touch to the celebration. Thanks to Edward’s help, we also had a lovely buffet-style snack station, and the parents were able to relax and enjoy themselves while watching their children have fun. All in all, the space, the atmosphere, and the incredible support made this party truly memorable. Huge thanks again to Edward and the Kaleido team!
Studio space is good. Space is clean. Location is great. Owners are friendly and accommodating. The only thing is floor is too cold. But wearing shoes would solve the issue.
If you are looking for an event venue, check out Kaleido-Kaleido in Richmond Hill, and it exceeded all expectations. The meeting rooms were spacious, modern, and equipped with everything we needed, from AV setups to comfortable seating. The staff was incredibly professional and attentive, ensuring that everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The space was perfect for both presentations and group discussions, with flexible layouts that accommodated our needs. This venue is truly multifunctional, perfect for a wide range of purposes. It's also an ideal spot to relax and chat with friends during their Owl Night.
