They schedule you for a phone call that you will either never receive or receive an hour late! It’s not professional at all for a job agency to disrespect people’s time.

Very unprofessional service, just a way to make money off the government. They provided no real help with job searching—every follow-up was the same useless information. The career planner was unmotivated and careless, completely unhelpful. They even forgot my scheduled phone meeting and didn’t inform me about required documents, which wasted two weeks of my time. I ended up doing everything on my own.

Not even worth it. They say they’ll help and offer a lot of things but they don’t. The only good thing the do fix your resume and do weekly follow ups for like 15min by email just before they close and if you get a job they want to know what job, how much they will pay so they collect money.. but you are doing all the work.. it’s not much of a service and promises were not kept at all. I would give them a Zero if I could.

Not really sure why is government paying for this staff! They are actually smart enough to know what they are doing but is there any benefit for us ppl? NO! Even though, I requested not to call me during my school ! But they exactly called me when I’m at school! And recently they just have been giving miss calls instead of proper calls! And I noticed it twice when I was holding my phone and then saw they are calling but when wanted to press the bottom, they were gone! And then no point to return their call because they are busy with their next appointment and I have to wait again for a new email and another miss call and …

Sara Shahbazi She is the greatest person in the company. Even though she dont need to help me extra she is always choosing the help as much as she can! She is the best.

Sometimes, life becomes unbearably hard and shows you its darkest side. I was going through one of the most difficult times in my life. As someone from the LGBTQ community, losing my partner after many years together shattered me. After our separation, everything around me began to fall apart—especially my housing situation, which became the most painful part. I felt completely lost, paralyzed by fear and grief. I didn’t know where to turn or what to do. I needed help—desperately—but I didn’t know how to ask for it, or even where to begin. I was stuck in a moment that felt endless. And then, in the midst of that darkness, I found someone who changed everything. Sara Shahbazi came into my life like a guiding light—calm, organized, and full of purpose. She didn’t just help me; she stood with me. She created a clear plan for my future, gave me goals, and helped me see a life that felt possible again. She didn’t stop at words—she took action. She reached out to services on my behalf, walked with me step by step, and put in effort as if it were her own life on the line. Sometimes, I felt like she believed in me more than I believed in myself. Sara gave me more than just support—she gave me hope. Her dedication, compassion, and love for helping people are unmatched. She frees those who are trapped in the prisons of their own thoughts. She reached into my darkness, took my hand, and led me back to life. Dear Sara Shahbazi, I offer you my deepest gratitude and love. Thank you for everything. I hope you continue to love and serve people the way you do—because you are truly changing lives.

Hi job seekers: Out of all resources out there to lend a job in this highly competitive job market one of the very useful one is VPI Working Solutions. The people in the organization are very much concerned and understanding and they provide very personalized and practical advice for improving our marketability. They helped me to create market based resume and gave very useful tips on how to be successful during the interviews and negotiation of the job offer.
