They schedule you for a phone call that you will either never receive or receive an hour late! It’s not professional at all for a job agency to disrespect people’s time.
Very unprofessional service, just a way to make money off the government. They provided no real help with job searching—every follow-up was the same useless information. The career planner was unmotivated and careless, completely unhelpful. They even forgot my scheduled phone meeting and didn’t inform me about required documents, which wasted two weeks of my time. I ended up doing everything on my own.
Not even worth it. They say they’ll help and offer a lot of things but they don’t. The only good thing the do fix your resume and do weekly follow ups for like 15min by email just before they close and if you get a job they want to know what job, how much they will pay so they collect money.. but you are doing all the work.. it’s not much of a service and promises were not kept at all. I would give them a Zero if I could.
Not really sure why is government paying for this staff! They are actually smart enough to know what they are doing but is there any benefit for us ppl? NO! Even though, I requested not to call me during my school ! But they exactly called me when I’m at school! And recently they just have been giving miss calls instead of proper calls!
