The worst service ever, they advise you that the order was canceled after 2 days of your purchase because they discovered that the item is out of stock. Wooow but for the refund it takes 4-7 days wow wow wow
Do Not waste your time and money. I ordered for the first time, they took payment, then cancelled my order and my account with no explanation, still waiting for my money back! RUN!!!
So I have ordered a whole pc costing total of 3.2k dollars and I've had to refund 4 items which have all been refunded, with one of them being a cpu which wasn't even in their refund policy but the customer support let me refund it anyway, I have 2 more things that I am going to replace, but my experience has been very good. Really fast delivery for me, customer support was very kind and especially helpful. So based of my experience I would 100% recommend to order from here. Edit: I refunded those parts because I bought the wrong ones, nothing was defective.
This company lost my package. I ordered a full package of latest ryzen unit and damn I regret it. I shouldve checked the reviews before ordering. Never will I recommend anyone in my family or friends to order from this company. Cannot reach support as ira automated a.i and no one pickups the phone there. Ill just have to back charge my credit card.
Bought a 5080 liquid cooled card. Did not receive it. In it's place a weed smelling hairy headset. Call newegg, deal with them for weeks and get no help. Go through PayPal and they side with Newegg. Now newegg has stolen over 2k worth of my money and given me nothing in return, and to make the best of it they kept the disgusting headset too. So they robbed me for my hard earned cash and told me to kick rocks. Horrible service, scammers, greedy disgusting and evil. Never buy from them, never even think of going on their website. They will rob you of all you own and throw dirt in your eyes.
After seeing all the negative reviews, i’ve decided to cancel my order. I don’t want to deal with horrible customer service. I’d much rather pay $20 more and get it from amazon or canada computers. I hope newegg is looking at this and do something about their customer service.
cracked laptop case. bought a $2000.00 refurbished gigabyte laptop from newegg, received it with a plastic crack on the case. the crack got worse over two months, newegg said this was gigabytes problem not theirs. Gigabyte said that it wasn't covered by them but for $500 they would put it in a new plastic case... gave them $500 the repair took 3 weeks. Got it back and the crack on the back was fixed, but now there was a new large crack on the front!!!! newegg dosn't care, gigabyte dosn't care... be careful buying refurbished, or shopping here... I'm not doing it again.
