Took payment for $1400 and then when I requested cancellation because it was cheaper to order directly from prusa, even with import fees and conversion - they sent a refund via PayPal and then cancelled the refund. Proceeded to ghost me with further emails requesting they look into it. Disputes lodged with my payment method. Thanks for the pain in my ass. It's been two months and I still don't have resolution. Edit to reply to owner: So you should have explained this when I emailed you on April 24 when I requested that you look into it from your end. I started the dispute with my bank at 28 days after the purchase so as to be covered by their policy - I had been waiting for the refund which was apparently on the way until then. If you had known there was an issue - you shouldn't have waited for me to leave a bad review to finally reply

They're wasting people's time. Agreed to meet at the shop at certain time. The person named Peter didn't show up and didn't pick up the phone. Address indicated on Google maps doesn't assign to Makerwiz.

Peter was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable, he went out of his way to get my 3D printer to work again. I would highly recommend his store, and I'm so glad I got my Prusa from him.

I ordered a Prusa MMU because the Makerwiz website said it was in stock. 9 days later my order still says "order placed" with no indication of any processing or shipping being done. I sent an email to Makerwiz to ask about it. It's been 5 days and I still have no response. I called Makerwiz many times over the past 2 days but there has never been an answer and it always goes to voicemail. I have received calls back from the number but there is only silence on the other end or it hangs up immediately after I answer. After this review is posted I will be contacting my credit card company to hopefully cancel the payment because the only thing Makerwiz has managed to do is to take my money.

The people at Prusa are the best. Their personal support gives me trust and the confidence that I made the right decision in purchasing the MK3S. They helped me (with explanation and video) when my printer had an issue, it turned out to be loose screw. I bought the Kit Version , I'm not really a hands on type , but with the detailed instructions I was able to assemble the printer. We have just ordered our 2nd bunch of Prusa filament ( the quality is very consistent) , my Son enjoys the toys that we print. The quality of the prints are really nice, the retractable Light Sabers and Pokemon characters are some of our favourites. I highly recommend the Prusa products. Greg

Ordered a prusa printer more than 2 months ago, everytime Peter has a different excuse as to why he isn't shipping the printer. If I knew this I would've ordered at one of the other suppliers.

I was looking to buy a Prusa i3 MK3S 3D printer. It is one of the most popular (in demand) 3D printers, and it is not easy to find one, specially if you live in Canada. You need to wait and pay for import fee once it is shipped to you. Impressively Makerwiz delivered an MK3S to me in one week. I’ve just finished thoroughly testing my 3D printer (Prusa i3 MK3S ), and it is working very well. I am impressed! Based on my research, Makerwiz is one of the best 3D printer supplies in Canada. If you live in GTA, this company is the best. Here are a few points I learned after my experience with Makerwiz : 1-You get an honest and accurate pre-sales consultation. The owner, Peter Lau is an extremely knowledgeable and technical person. He knows 3D printing very well. He makes honest recommendations. 2-The company has an inventory of hard-to-find and good quality 3D printer supplies. If you live in GTA, you can easily pick up what you need and avoid shipping costs and dealy. 3-The company brings good quality products at a fair price. They are experienced with assembling 3D printer parts, so what you get will be hassle free. 4-They quick response to emails. I did lots of research to find the best 3D Printer suppliers in Canada. I found Makerwiz is my best option.

Thank you for your feedback. You made an accidental purchase on February 15 and we refunded you on February 18, but the refund via Shopify was not successful. Shortly after you launched a chargeback, and Shopify no longer let us do a refund again. You should have received your payment back via your bank.

Sorry for the miscommunication. We have receptionists at the front directing you to our appointment. Unfortunately, you didn't speak to the receptionists and just left.
