I left my Moncler winter jacket with this dry cleaner in perfect condition—clean, intact, and with no damage of any kind. When I picked it up, the fur was visibly damaged and appeared burned, which was absolutely not the condition it was in when I dropped it off. When I returned to the store to address the issue, the response was completely unacceptable. The staff member showed no concern and no accountability. When I asked what happened, he repeatedly said “I don’t know” and eventually responded with “What do you want me to tell you?”—clearly indicating that he had no explanation and no intention of taking responsibility. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he attempted to shift the blame onto me with explanations that made no sense. He suggested that I might have damaged the fur myself by using a hairdryer or leaving the jacket in my car, despite the fact that it is currently -15°C in Toronto. These statements were unreasonable and felt like excuses rather than a genuine attempt to resolve the issue. His attitude throughout the conversation was disrespectful and unprofessional. He raised his voice, dismissed my concerns, and even stated that my jacket is “not expensive” compared to Canada Goose, as if the value of the item determines whether it deserves proper care. That comment alone shows a complete lack of respect for customers and their belongings. There was no apology, no investigation, and no effort to fix the problem—only denial and indifference. If you care about your clothing, especially luxury or delicate items, I strongly recommend avoiding this dry cleaner. The damage to my jacket and the way I was treated afterward were completely unacceptable.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND! Do not bring your jackets here, they WILL BE RUINED! I brought my Canada Goose and Mackage jackets for a dry clean and this place has completely ruined them! The Canada Goose jacket has lost its shape as 70% of the down inside the jacket was gone after the dry clean... The Mackage jacket is in white colour and after receiving the jacket, there were green lines all over the jacket, I have went back for them to "fix it" however the guy at the front said that it was because of the detergent they use... he then cleaned it another 3 times (as he said) after which all the seams in the jacket also were coloured in that green colour.. moreover, all the down inside the jacket has crumbled together into spot resulting in some spots in the jacket to be fabric only without any down filling.. The service was also very horrible as the guy at the front has accused ME of doing that to the jackets!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! EACH OF THIS JACKETS ARE OVER $1,000 AND NOW THEY ARE RUINED! I WILL NOW HAVE TO SPEND MORE MONEY TO TRY TO FIX THEM WITH THE ACTUAL CANADA GOOSE AND MACKAGE COMPANIES!
