I have to say the experience becomes much better than before. Dr Rick Chen is nice and patient, he gave enough attention and time to listen and suggest. Waiting time is also shorter.
We have had Dr. Henry Lau as our family doctor for twelve years, and we couldn't be more pleased with the care we receive. Dr. Lau is knowledgeable, taking the time to listen to our concerns and provide thoughtful care. The ladies (Clara , Renee…)at the front desk are also very kind and helpful. They always do their best to arrange the appointment on the same day if the case is urgent. Thanks to the team, you are the best!
If a people forgot to bring a mask to the clinic, the assistant would sell one mask for 1 dollar. It is very expensive! In a short time, I saw they sold two masks to the people who came here to see doctors. I don't know if they pay tax for this income.
Very disappointed with Rick Chen. I want to give him a negative 5 star if I could. He has no care of his patients and doesn't listen to patients request all all. He takes any requests from patients as a challenge of his authority as a doctor. He claims that people under 40 don't need to do cholesterol testing and meat is not the reason for high cholesterol level. What a shame!
SO RUDE. Do not recommend unless you really enjoy wasting time on the phone and have a passion for waiting rooms. If you hate talking to patients, you should apply here as a receptionist, I highly recommend you to submit your resume.
If I could give Dr. Rick Chen a negative 5 I would. Very rude, not willing to see things from the patient's perspective, and has a condescending attitude and gets agitated and talks over the patient when the patient asks questions. Seems like money is more important than trying to understand patients' situations. What a shame that the CMA would allow doctors like this to come out and practice.
Amazing staff and Physician: My mom was shopping at Time Square Plaza yesterday morning and felt severe abdominal pain all the sudden. My dad took her to the nearly walking in clinic (Times Medical Clinic). I am beyond thrilled with the exceptional service both reception girls provided. They are extremely patient and understand. They gave me a call and explained the detail. I left work immediately to make sure my mom is alright. Dr. John Chan took the time to investigate and discuss the several scenarios that my mom may encounter and suggested that we should go to the emergency to have a better look. Though whole bunch of tests and scans in the hospital that my mom was diagnosed gallbladder infection and need a surgery to remove it. I am giving the Times Square Clinic a great credit and I was truly impressed with their nice facility and the caring staff. All this adds up to customer service you rarely see these days!
