The facility itself is dated, but that’s not really a problem. There are still restaurants, tennis courts, a gym, and pools, which is nice. The real problem is the membership fee structure. I enrolled my daughter in a Tier 2 tennis course: $840 plus a $150 enrollment fee for 14 lessons. On top of that, they require a $140 membership fee so she can “use” change rooms, showers, towel service, etc. She doesn’t use any of it, but fine. Then they charged me another $140 membership fee for myself. I thought, okay, at least I can use the facility while she’s in class. Not so fast. When I tried to book a tennis court, I was told my membership doesn’t actually allow me to book courts. I asked if I could pay for a day pass or booking fee - nope. The answer? I’d need to either buy a different membership (the price wasn't disclosed, I need to contact a different person for that) or be “invited” by a member with the proper level, at a cost of $40 per person. Meaning $80 for two people. Guess what, I still cannot book it as I don't know anyone here! Four courts are sitting empty and I am just sitting here! So what exactly did I pay for? According to the front desk, my membership means only this: children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times. That’s it.

I had my engagement party last month at this venue. Amazing service from Tracey Moses and the venue manager. From the very first meeting we had with her to the final details of the night, Tracey provided great customer service. She was patient with us and supported us through the entire planning process. The dance floor was huge. Food was great; I received compliments regarding the food and venu from the guests

Up until this summer I would have given rave reviews to RHCC summer camp but this summer it all changed. My son broke his thumb and on doctors orders, was unable to play any sports, swim or use his right (dominant) hand. They would not even issue a partial refund for the $1k paid for day camp. Definitely not a good member experience or parent experience and now I know better. Beware of a camp that has no regard to how to treat you when life happens.

This place is kinda falling apart. Some outdoor courts got paved over for parking and no lights anymore? Indoor facilities constantly either under construction or just permanently broken. Tennis courts have poor lights and kinda of dirty.

We had our wedding at Richmond Hill Country Club and it was beyond what we had imagined. The venue itself is beautiful with its elegant indoor spaces and stunning outdoor areas, making it the perfect place for our reception. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and all our guests kept telling us how much they loved the venue and the service. We especially want to thank Danielle for everything she did for us. From our first meeting, she was so kind, professional, and attentive to every detail. She made the planning process so smooth and stress-free, always quick to respond to our questions and accommodate our requests. On the wedding day, Danielle was incredible , she ensured everything ran perfectly and made us feel so calm and supported. We truly felt cared for and knew we were in good hands with her. Thank you to Danielle and the entire team at Richmond Hill Country Club for making our wedding day so magical and memorable. We highly recommend this venue to any couple looking for an amazing wedding experience.

My son joined their tennis program this year. While we’ve been satisfied with the quality of coaching and the facilities, our experience with the club’s administrative staff has been disappointing. Initially, the club had scheduled a two-week training break in March for court renovations. However, the renovation ended up requiring an additional week, and the club extended the program into end of June to make up for the missed sessions. Unfortunately, our family had already made travel plans for June and he is unable to attend the rescheduled week. I contacted the club to request a refund for the missed sessions. They responded only after three weeks—and only after I followed up—offering to credit the missed hours toward the Fall session instead. Since we have not yet decided on our plans for Fall, I asked again for a refund. A week passed with no response, and once again, only after I followed up did they reply, stating they were unable to offer a refund. This has been a frustrating experience, especially since the change in schedule was initiated by the club. We had planned our travel based on the originally agreed-upon dates, and yet no reasonable alternative has been offered. Communication has been slow, and responses have only come after repeated follow-ups. Two weeks ago, I informed them that we do not plan to re-enroll in the Fall session, so applying a credit to that term is not a viable option for us. Despite this, I received no response for six days until I followed up again. Their most recent response simply reiterated their position: no refund, but can credit if he rejoins. In the past, when my son missed two months of training due to injury, we did not request a refund or any form of compensation, as we understood those circumstances were personal. However, in this case, the reschedule was done unilaterally by the club and through no fault to our own. Is it really fair for us? I don’t believe it is. It is not just about the few hundred bucks, it’s about the service the club provides when they handle customers’ enquiries and requests.

If I could give RHCC 10 stars I would! I recently had my baby shower at RHCC and everything was perfect! The space was beautiful, food was amazing and the staff were all so lovely! Shoutout to Lisa who was so organized, attentive to details and highly professional. Our guests are still talking about what a great time they had! This is your sign to book your next event at RHCC, you will be in the best hands!
