Terminal 3 Coffee Roasters in Richmond Hill is a place I’ve been to many times, and it continues to impress. It’s located inside the now Long & McQuade building, formerly the Cosmos building. Service here is fantastic. I’ve tried a wide range of drinks, from Americanos and espressos to drip coffee, and even their curated “flight” experiences that lean into the airport theme, like First Class and Business Class. These are essentially guided pour over tastings using different beans. Not every flavour profile is my personal favorite, but they’re well executed and genuinely fun to experience, especially if you enjoy exploring coffee beyond your usual order. The staff are incredible. Super knowledgeable, patient, and always happy to walk you through the menu if you’re unsure what to choose. They clearly care about both the coffee and the experience. They also carry a solid selection of pastries that are brought in daily, which is a nice bonus. Highly recommend this spot. I’ve already been back several times and will keep coming back. I recommend this café to all coffee lovers. A while ago, I went there by chance with a relative who had come from Europe — someone who knows a lot about coffee. He asked the person in charge many questions about the quality, brewing, grinding, and other details. To our surprise, the person answered all of them correctly — something we’ve never seen in other coffee shops. In any case, I must say it was one of the most delicious coffees I’ve ever had in the city.
The flat white with the apple pie dessert was absolutely delicious. A lovely place to sit and enjoy the delicious coffee. I got some beans for home as well.
I wanted to try a different café than the usual places and found this little gem. It’s hidden inside the Cosmo Music building by Leslie St & Via Renzo Dr. There’s no signage on the building, but there are signs in the parking area just outside. There were three bean choices, I went with the Colombian medium roast option for my flat white, which was deliciously smooth but very slightly on the bitter/acidic side than the caramel/chocolatey side. The pastries looked really nice and unique but I settled for a chocolate chip cookie, which was delicious. Atmosphere is nice and unique, although, could do with more seating, ceramic ware and perhaps signage outside. Overall, good quality drinks and food - worth a stop!
Lovely coffee shop inside a music building! They have an amazing coffee selection with great roast and pastries. Limited seating. Coffee beans for sale as welll. Great service from the baristas, chill vibe. Service dogs only.
Love their flat whites. T3 is my go to place for getting beans, they have a wide variety of selections and their friendly staff are knowledgeable and always willing to give suggestions
