Honestly the best in the industry in terms of value and quality for these suits! I always go to Arthur every time I need a new suit, and I just picked up my 4th one (got my first one ever for my wedding, and then some additional colours+larger sizing over the years)! Arthur is extremely professional m, very responsive, and is so efficient with everything since he’s been doing it for so long. Truly a gem! You won’t be able to have such a simple and easy process with a good quality suit at such an affordable price anywhere else. Thanks Arthur for always helping me look so sharp!
Honestly, poor quality suit material, and extremely unprofessional service from Arthur. Only 2 of us (Groomsman) needed to have a re-fitting done and he emails everyone. When asking questions for clarification if is everyone or just those 2 members he does not respond in a timely manner and his response "I am on vacation" when he sent the re-fitting email. 1 groomsman requested cuff links for his dress shirt and he gabe it to the groom instead. He also forgot the inscription for the suit jacket for our groom. If anybody how is that the one you forget. He did not take ownership for his mistake and when asking for a discount or some kind of compensation, he just chuckled sheepishly. For $1000 I could have recieved better service and a better suit elsewhere. I highly do not reccomend going here.
Update: After I messaged Arthur to tell him all the issues he ignored me. He's absolutely spineless. No apology even. Please please please do not trust them to make your suit! They screwed up so many things for my wedding. It was nothing other than their own negligence at the end of the day, Arthur offers up terrible consolations or just says "Well it was a free addition anyways so it's okay". I think I would have been better off buying off the rack and getting it tailored.
Arthur did an amazing job. I walked in not knowing what to try on and he showed me modern and older styles, his very knowledgeable about the industry . It was first suit and will definitely be coming back.
I had a fantastic experience purchasing a suit through Arthur. He was professional, accommodating and always communicated in a timely manner. The suit was excellent and extremely well priced compared to other places in Toronto.
I have had the pleasure of working with Wingmen and Arthur on two occasions. The first as a groomsmen, and the second as the groom. I highly recommend Wingmen for their professionalism, value and attention to detail. Arthur ensured that my wedding day suit was perfect and what I envisioned. From the text messages and emails throughout the process, to ensuring that the liner I wanted was perfect, it was truly a greats experience. The suit fit perfectly to how we measured, and my groomsmen were happy with their suits as well. Recommend Wingmen for any suit needs. May need to come back for some business suits!
I had the one of the most frustrating and demeaning customer services with Arthur. The quality of the suits were good and received compliments on it. But it was a bit of an ordeal communicating and working with him. There was one case when I know I explicitly said I requested the cheaper suits, and he confirmed it. 2 weeks later, he invoiced me more expensive suits and when I said that they should've been the less expensive ones, he replied "you should've told me back then and I would've said they aren't in stock tell September". IMO, he has an attitude of I'm always right and you don't know what you're saying, to a point that is extremely off putting. I also find him tardy; he was late one time to an appointment by half an hour. I don't know the industry average for tailoring costs but it was a hidden cost that amounted to quite an extra amount of money. 2 tailor items was an extra $70 on a single suit, times that with multiple groomsmen suits. I added one star to the minimum for having a good looking suit. I haven't even completely listed all the stories and incidents of rudeness and incompetence. Tl;dr suits were okay, tailoring was good, maybe a little expensive. Customer service was a horrible experience. I would not recommend to anyone unfortunately.
