As soon as I walked in , I was greeted by Rosa who was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about all the chocolate varieties and candy options , I wanted to customize a chocolate gift basket for my friend’s birthday ,and she did a wonderful job putting together a unique basket with many goodies , I was amazed by her creativity and professionalism. I will definitely come back for more ! Thank you Rosa !
The shop lady was very friendly! The store had a great selection of unique/harder to find items. We went specifically for Warhead items and hit the jackpot! Warhead soda, cotton candy, freezies, jelly beans, and lots more. Highly recommend visiting if you have a sweet tooth!
Like some of the others that have reviewed this place, I came across this through the too good to go app! My husband suggested we visit subsequent to our initial trip and we were wowed by the selection of goodies the store carries. There was even a section where the 90s nostalgia hit! Our haul that we got outside of the app included gifts for Christmas packages and snacks for ourselves! The owner stocks up and imports snacks that aren't easy to find in Canada, so I ended up trying a few items I haven't easily found in Canada to date. They have a lot of other goodies that are sold at extremely reasonable prices too! The store also specializes in gift baskets and treat packages. The owner was busy assembling them when I visited. On another note, my too good to go bag earlier last month had a wide assortment of full sized chocolate bars - while most of them were still a few days shy of the best before date, as an avid too good to go user, I knew this would be the case as the app states that most vendors had goods close to or slightly past the best before date. In black and white. Definitely visit if you like confectionery! Good for teacher and class/group gift treats too.
I’ve had a few of these baskets made and I’m so happy with how they turn out but more than that it’s the reaction I see when people receive. They are thrilled, the older crowd with the nostalgic treats the younger kids, the colours and candies. A very fun idea - for birthdays or to bring as a housewarming gift!!
Rosa is incredible!! Her gift baskets are 10/10 and she always takes such good care of me every time I walk through the door - as she does with everybody. Not to mention, her prices can’t be beat!! Check it out
Five stars is not enough for Rosa, she is great at what she does and is a good human being. She delivers on what she promotes and that is excellence. She is always pleasant and very generous.
Beyond expectation, I ordered a graduation basket and my son loves it very much! Highly recommended, company is well organized, fast to response to your questions, and website was user friendly. The only thing was hard to find the store. Maybe a bigger sign will help. Thanks for making a memorable one for my son.
