WARNING! They don’t accept US debit cards!!! We went in asking if they accept credit and debit cards. The answer was no credit but yes on debit. It turns out they can’t process US debit cards at all. We were totally stuck and had to drive to an ATM and get charged $5+$3.5 fee to get cash to pay. How frustrating :( Well, food is not bad. There wasn’t any service. Poor waiter guy was single handedly running the entire store front with 8 tables. How can you blame him. PS. their to-go bowl is NOT leak proof.
All the noodles are broken and not chewy like potato noodles should be. Feels like quality and consistency has dropped the past few weeks. Soup tastes good, but the noodle is so disappointing.
I dropped by on a lazy afternoon and was pleasantly surprised. Their signature Crispy Pork with Noodle Soup came as a hearty bowl of rice noodles with plenty of customization. I chose the spicy Dongbei-style broth with a touch of sesame paste, which gave it a rich kick. The bowl had a generous mix of meat and veggies, and the noodles were more than enough to fill me up. Service was discreet but attentive, and the washroom was spacious and spotless. A 5% cash discount was a thoughtful bonus. If I’m in the area and craving something quick, satisfying, and flavourful, I’d happily stop by again.
米线没煮熟，服务差还乱收费！！1. 点了一份米线15.99，米线煮的很硬，在我看来就是没煮熟。跟店家反馈了之后店家重新煮了一份，还是很硬，太饿了将就吃了一半，最后付款收了21.2，这家店因为店家没煮熟要重新煮还得加钱哦～2. 同桌小伙伴点了茶叶蛋，店家搞错了放我的米线里了，最后茶叶蛋别人吃了，是不是算账算错了加我那份里面了？3. 只能借记卡和现金，不能刷信用卡。总结就是 食物差 服务差 乱收费。Terrible experience. I ordered a bowl of rice noodles (about $16), but the noodles came out undercooked and hard. When I asked for it to be fixed, they demanded I pay extra — an unreasonable and deceptive charge. The staff were rude and dismissive, showing no respect to customers. To make it worse, the restaurant only accepts debit or cash, but this was not made clear until checkout. This lack of transparency and poor attitude makes the place very untrustworthy. If you care about fair treatment and decent service, avoid this restaurant. There are plenty of better options in Toronto.
Rice noodles a tad over cooked, shrimp balls not as 彈牙 as I'd like, good service and sufficient air con tho (extremely important today with heat wave warning )
A nice and very decent place to have some rice noodles in soup, with varying types of broth. Some of them are actually not spicy and makes for a nice change compared to the usual ma la kinds. The fried pork is a very popular choice that I noticed everyone ordered (including ourselves) and my wife kept telling me how this place is as good as the downtown location too, which is good to know. Finally, service was pleasant and nice, and food came quite quickly too.
food is mid, horrible service, very dirty - the guy working cleans the floors and throws trash around the restaurant while serving your orders with the same gloves. disgusting
