The main seller(or maybe the supervisor!?) is so rude to the customers its hard for her to hellp and guide them in anyway or about any kind of question

The selection of clothing is pretty great (newborn-14), but the store is so messy. There’s product stacked everywhere and it’s nearly impossible to walk through the isles if you need to pass by someone. I doubt it would be accessible for a wheelchair or stroller. There was only one employee working, and she was rude to almost every customer (myself included). I literally watched two other people walk out because of her customer service. It amazes me that someone can behave that way in a store that caters to children.
They have high requirement on buying your kids stuff. If your kids stuff have ANY wear and tear, they don't buy it. If no any wear and tear, they pay you low price but sell it for high price and they prefer brand name. Example, they pay you $2 for very good condition or almost new, Adidas shoes for only $2. But sell it for more than $10. Is this a good business strategy? Nowadays many new stuffs are cheap online. Who like to pay high price to buy second hand stuffs?
Store is full of crap everywhere; you can't walk in the place without tripping on children's furniture right at the door. There is just massive piles of stuff behind the cash, store looks dirty and selection was not good. Lots of poor quality items they are still trying to sell for a minimum of $8 with stains and just heavy wear. They stopped buying merchandise at 11:30 on a saturday? Maybe if the store had sales; then you could make room for all the massive piles of stuff you have just sitting behind the counter. The markham location is so much better, don't waste your time! Definitely won't be back.
The store has a good range of products at good price; however, I came in today evening and the senior employee was very disrespectful and rude because we were returning a discounted product and did not know the policy. The store needs to really train her on how to deal with customer respectfully.
This place is the most unprofessional place and they are highway robbers! They only took 28 items from me and remained to keep the remainder of my things and told me they donated it even though that wasn’t what was agreed upon! Pretending like they were searching for our items when they knew damn well that they weren’t returning them! I would never recommend this location, very unethical practice! And the staff is so unprofessional… they basically steal your items and sell them in your store.
