The scheduling done at this clinic is non sensible and unprofessional. They don't give you the option to set a followup appointment during the first visit. They told me they would just call back 3 months later when the appointment was due. But 3 months later they're telling me now that their booked up? And that booking for a later date cant be done because the doctor needs to give them her working schedule. Which doesn't make any sense, because how then did other people set up an appointment? I can only surmise that this means that this clinic is cherrypicking patients based off of their own convenience rather than the needs of their patients. Only when I called back (had to use a different phone bc they weren't answering mine) and told them medications were running out, they reluctantly booked me for the same doctor at a different location. Why they didn't do this the first time is beyond me. The icing on the cake is them asking me for my phone number when they picked up the phone, which I am guessing is to block me from calling the clinic. I really was being polite, but confused by them refusing to book an appointment right away for reasons that didn't add up at all. This doesn't speak to the service I had while at the clinic, so this is very disappointing.

I don’t understand where the negative comments come from. Probably fake. My mom has been going to this clinic for the past several months, and I just wanted to share how much we appreciate the care she’s been receiving. The doctor was calm, patient, and took the time to explain everything in a way we could understand. The clinic itself is clean, bright, and feels very professional but not cold or intimidating. Every time I’ve gone with my mom, we’ve had a smooth experience.
Noble exceeded all my expectations. The entire team is professional, kind, and attentive. Dr. Gupta is a brilliant cardiologist who listens to his patients and provides clear, concise advice. The clinic offers a comprehensive range of services, which made it easy to get all my tests done in one place. I was referred to noble by the er doctor, the staff called me on a Sunday morning during church services, when I called back the receptionist gave me an attitude when she misunderstood about my Ohip card and hung up the phone on me, i proceeded to call with a different number and finally book an appointment, the day of my appointment the same receptionist calls me to confirm the appointment, as I tell her my phone number she rudely interrupts and tells me that’s not a right number. After telling her to listen carefully instead of just jumping to conclusions, her ego got in the way and she started shutting me up, I had to cancel my appointment cause I did not feel I was in safe has. It’s disgusting how these ladies talk to their clients. Unprofessional, unethical, untrained, and flat out rude.
My experience at Noble Medical exceeded all expectations. The entire staff, from the receptionists to the techs and doctors, were friendly, compassionate, and knowledgeable. They made me feel comfortable and confident in the care I was receiving. I'm grateful to have such a reputable healthcare facility in our community
The staff are all either professional or nice. The only negative point was the STRONG smell of food they had ordered for lunch and the eating room was just by the waiting area!!! Very smelly and disturbing!!
