Mary was helpful until she got her money. Install was terrible. By the time we noticed all the problems and reached out for assistance, the store was emptied and they were gone. Very disappointing.
Very satisfied with the quality, speed and experience of my washroom vanity custom built ~ 5 years go. Picture shows the great condition it was in before we moved this year. Hopefully they can help me with my custom office needs

My husband and I went to see Mary to look into having bathroom vanities and cabinets made. We hit it off with Mary right away. She was welcoming and helpful! We were thrilled with everything her and her team made for our renovated bathrooms. When I needed a new bedroom dresser I thought of Mary. We recently renovated a bathroom and closet and visited EMCO custom cabinets in Richmond Hill. we had some idea of what needed to be done and Mary just made it better. she had some very sound and practial advise and tons of photos to show us and give us ideas on what to do. the entire process was very pleasant, workmanship and quality of material excellent. Prices are very reasonable and the end results were amazing. I would go back without hesitation!
EMCO was easy to deal with and Mary worked with us to custom design the cabinet to fit perfectly in our bathroom. She even went a step beyond on customer service and provided us with shelves inside the cabinet and replaced a scratched handle at no cost. I would highly recommend EMCO to anyone requiring cabinets. Note: Added 4/26/2022 by purchaser: One thing that we should have asked EMCO for is to make sure that the entire cabinet was painted the same color. If you take a look at the attached pictures, you can see that the end piece is a different shade white than the doors and drawers. We did not know any better to ask and wanted to put it out there for people purchasing cabinets in the future.
Best renovation team out there! They take care of you from beginning to the end! I ordered all new custom made vanities for my home and they all turned out absolutely beautiful. Mary and her assistant designer creates detailed designs and is extremely patient throughout the whole process. I had to make a couple of changes and they were so understanding.
