Came by to buy a set of darts , I was a little disappointed they didn’t have the two sets I had in mind but I did find something similar at a great price . The lady that works there struggled to communicate with me but her effort was noticed as she tried her best to be helpful and respectful. Forgot to get a set of flights so I’ll be back . Overall it’s a decent store . Selection for darts wasn’t the greatest but made up for with good pricing . Overall happy with my purchase . Wish they had a place to try the darts out .
I was looking for a pool table of good quality and reasonably priced. Mr. billiards had lots of options. Their knowledge and customer service is why I Bought from them. My table is installed and is perfect. I also bought the ping-pong table that can go over top. I am very happy with my purchases and would recommend this store.
Left two messages and has been weeks now with no return of my phone call from a Terry Haddock who is showing as being associated with this business. Maybe he is no longer in the business of giving bad advice and be very careful about what advice you receive, pool tables or otherwise. Guess I might have to look for my answers elsewhere and maybe you should too.

Just bought my first cue from them and I'm so glad I decided on going there. Edmond helped me decide and that's a huge understatement. He was an encyclopedia of knowledge. I probably asked him a hundred questions and spent an hour just picking his brain with so many questions. He answered everything with such clarity. So impressed by his customer service. They didn't try to upsell me anything I didn't need or anything out of my skill level. Just gave me the straight facts. I will 100% be returning here for my next purchases when I buy cues for my family. The prices are great and they have only quality cues. Don't waste your time anywhere else.
