This store is a wonderful local bike shop. Vince helped with my hybrid bike’s bb replacement, upgrading my kids brakes and most importantly helped me find a great fitting helmet! Friendly and fast service. I recommend the store for your bike needs!
I had my XC bike serviced here: fork and rear suspension rebuild, new tubes, pedals, grips, gear tuneup. All done so well at a great price, only like $250. They have a great selection of accessories and the owner and staff are awesome. I’ve been twice and had consistently good service - support local!
Used this shop to ship a bike to an out-of-province buyer a while ago. The person working there (who I assume was a tech) was incredibly rude and abrupt, which is the opposite of what you'd expect from a small shop. A friend of mine did a wheel build here, which not only leaked a lot of air but also had the tire installed backwards. Stick to Bike Zone and Batemans if you care about your bike and want to be treated like a human. P.S. Look no further than the owner actively attacking those who leave negative reviews to see their lack of professionalism.
Went in looking for a bike with very little knowledge. They helped me find a bike my size and budget, installed stuff I wanted, moved the seat to my height and everything. Was a great experience! Also helped me get a helmet, bell and lights. Great all around.

The baby face Asian guy is very rude while I tried fix a bike last Thursday. I'm not familiar about some cycling terms so he almost blamed me every sentence I spoke. He almost shout at me while I showing him the work is not well done. He blamed me like everything I did was wrong and everything is my fault. I'm coming to pay for your service not like this!
I recently purchased a bike at Velo Love. The staff is very friendly, and very knowledgeable. They are not pushy or pretentious. I was so impressed that I brought my sons' bikes there to be tuned up and they did more than what was expected. The service was excellent. Kayla is great to deal with. I have already recommended them to a few people and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone reading this. I have a very hard time believing the 2 negative reviews written because they did not at all strike me as anything other than reliable. Thank you for your kindness and service. I'll be back!
