The balloon and décor display was stunning—elegant, unique, and even more beautiful in person than we could have imagined. They were incredible to work with from start to finish: professional, responsive, and so creative in bringing his vision to life. The value for what you get is amazing, and the final setup became the highlight of the event. We received so many compliments! Do not order from this place I placed an order which their own system didn't allow me to confirm delivery address which I sent an email to clarify. They reach out through a text message asking for delivery fees payment which were not mentioned in the order then cancelled my order without telling me and refused to refund. I tried to explain but they just simply cancelled my order My bank hold the payment and they simply are telling me to deal with my bank when to start they cancelled my order without even telling me. Rudest communication and poor handling.
